Unforgettable moments

When a friend calls and says her almost 6 year old son has caught a 20 pound cat fish and wants you to come take a picture, you do it! I will admit, I thought that she was exaggerating a little. I thought to myself, there was no way he caught an 20 pound catfish in the pond behind their house. Anyway, I was wrong.. BOY, was I wrong. I am glad I took the pictures, because I never would have believed them otherwise.

Like I said, I have been fascinated with photography for a few years now. This one, I took with my 35mm film camera several years ago while on vacation.

They are Goin to the Chapel...

Today, I had the pleasure of taking pictures of my friend Sherry's kids. Both of the kids are in a wedding tomorrow, and Sherry wanted some pictures of them all dressed up! They were absolutly perfect. Her little boy kept me laughing, and was so cooperative. Her daughter is so calm, laid back and oh so pretty! Here are a few of my favorites from today!

I love photography! I don't know why, I just do. I started this blog to share my photos! I have been taking pictures for family and friends here in town for a few years now, and it is much easier for my far away friends to see my pics online. So, that explains the need for a blog, right?
